Arrival & Departure
Rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.
Please vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Booking
If you would like to come back to us, please ask at reception for a form in which you can make a non-binding reservation.
Internet access with your own computer
W-LAN: Wireless with your laptop via wireless LAN. You will receive the free access code at reception during your stay.
Private prescriptions
Private prescriptions from your family doctor for physical treatments can only be accepted after consultation with the spa department. Please note that the private prescriptions you bring with you must not be older than 10 days.
Travel cancellation insurance
In the event of cancellation at short notice or early departure, we can, according to the guest accommodation contract
- 90 % for holiday flats
- 80 % for breakfast

of the booked service.
We therefore strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance! This will reimburse you for any cancellation fees, e.g. in the event of sudden illness.
