Our culinary delights at Hotel Filser invite you to make yourself comfortable, take a deep breath, and enjoy. You can order whatever you fancy: crunchy tarte flambée, fresh salads, pinsas straight out of the oven, or a hearty Allgäu snack, accompanied by a glass of wine, a cocktail, or a good beer. Feeling good comes easily here.
Our cuisine – something for all tastes
- A daily variety of soups and stews – from hearty goulash and vegan lentil soup to delicious tomato and mango soup
- Fresh leafy salads, optionally with chicken, prawn, or tofu skewers
- Snack boards – mixed, cheese only, or cold meats only
- Antipasti platter – small or large
- Three varieties of tarte flambée: Alsace-style, Greek, or Nordic
- Pinsa – margherita, ham, mushroom, or burrata
- Bowls: green bowl with fresh toppings or our funky falafel
- Desserts: tartufo, apple strudel, crème brûlée, ice cream, and homemade cheesecake
- Dish of the day five days a week – typically regional and fresh from the kitchen
Opening hours
You can order from our menu between 5 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. Before and after, a small selection of light bites is available. Our bar is open for you until 10.30 p.m. – for the perfect end to a day in the mountains.
