A delicious day in the Allgäu region begins with breakfast at Hotel Filser and ends with a glass of wine or a freshly pulled beer in your hand. What happens in between depends on the mountains and your appetite. Here’s how we’ve designed our culinary concept: a hearty breakfast energises you for the day ahead. In the evening, you have the choice between our culinary delights at the hotel and the wide range of restaurants in Oberstdorf. We’ve made a conscious choice to no longer offer classic half board, but to give you the freedom to decide where and what you eat every evening.
Late-riser breakfast – the best reason to wake up at your own pace
Our extended breakfast buffet is open from 7 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.: fresh bread rolls from the Wirthensohn bakery, egg dishes made to order, a vitality station, and everything an Allgäu morning needs. Included for room guests, optional add-on for holiday apartment guests – and perfect for late risers.
Culinary deilghts
At Hotel Filser, you can order à la carte from our snack menu: pinsas, tarte flambée, fresh salads, and hearty bites. You can also enjoy wines by the glass, cocktails, and specialities from the bar until 10.30 p.m. The menu is available from 5 p.m. to 9.30 p.m., and we offer a smaller selection of dishes before and after. You only pay for what you order: dinner is not included in the accommodation price, consciously giving you the freedom to choose.
