Hiking with orthopaedic support: perfect for anyone who wants to get out and about safely and enjoyably despite knee or back problems. Dr Rainer Fink, orthopaedist, sports medicine specialist, and hiking guide, will show you how. 

Weekly from May (€30.00 per person, except on 20 May and 21 October 2026) or as a 4-day workshop with accommodation.
