Requirements

• Good physical condition for hikes lasting 5 to 6 hours
• Suitable from 16 years
• Good physical condition to manage 600 metres of elevation gain per day 

What should you bring with you?

• Ankle-high, sturdy hiking boots
• Suitable clothing and rain gear
• Rucksack with thermos flask and snacks
