  • Completed training at a hotel management school or experience in a hotel or administrative role is an advantage
  • Helpfulness and friendliness

  • Check-in, check-out
  • Guest assistance
  • Guest correspondence
  • Active upselling
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office; experience with hotel software (e.g. Hotline) is a plus
  • Good knowledge of German; additional languages are an advantage
